A great reminder of the power of our thoughts

Ryan Cooper does a great job of succinctly letting us know the great power of our thoughts and how to channel those into affirmations. I like that he laid out the suggestions in sequential steps to take making it very doable to implement this in our lives. I also liked that he included gratitude and positive living as part of his emphasis - something that other teachings on affirmations has left out. Thanks, Ryan.

Great tips

I'm not usually a person that writes down affirmations, have always just kind of made them in my mind. But after reading this book I now understand better from the steps given how important it is to write them down and go all out with them. I enjoyed the direct and to the point technique of this book and the fact that it gets right to business without wasting time on a lot of stuff that is just not important to the lesson is great.
